Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

Tracking updates are managed by the courier partner and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is offered:

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the package

  • Photographs of damaged items (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The address is incorrect

  • The package is refused

the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned shipments.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.


Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
